Manly's Student Representative Council has a history of active involvement with policy and decision-making within our school. This active involvement is a valuable experience for the students involved and provides a student perspective in decisions.
The Manly SRC is composed of democratically elected representatives from each year group. The Council is headed by the School Captains, Vice-Captains and Senior Coordinators who are all from Year 12.
Meetings are held weekly to discuss issues and to plan events for the student body such as charity fundraising events, debates and performances by student bands.
SRC students have also been involved in the development of areas of school policy such as uniforms and school environment.
For more information on SRC, contact Ms Rachele Haigh in the English staffroom, or Ms Lissa Woolven in the English staffroom.
