Australian History Competition

The results have been released for the Australian History Competition, completed in Semester 1 by Year 10, with some outstanding results across the school. One of the students, Hana McMahon, was awarded 1^st place in NSW and 2^nd place across Australia. This is a fantastic achievement and Hana is to be commended for such a wonderful result.

In addition, 17% of students were awarded a High Distinction, with an additional 34% achieving a Distinction. Overall, an excellent performance across the grade. Certificates will be presented to the students next week, with Geography competition and Economics and Business Studies competition results expected in the near future.
