Head of the River champion

Our photograph shows Katie Healy rowing for NBSC at the NSW Schoolgirls' Head of the River regatta, with another student from Freshwater Senior Campus, about to cross the finish line for the gold medal. 

They competed in the Open Double Scull event, in which they won both their heat & the final convincingly. 

This is a wonderful achievement and a good lead up to the Combined High Schools Championships to be held in Taree in the coming weeks. Our best wishes are with Katie and the NBSC team for this event
