Year 10 Geography students recently enjoyed an excursion to Collaroy and Long Reef where they explored the coastal environment, examining the formation of the headland and dunes, the air and water quality, as well as the impacts this has on humans and how these can be managed.
In coming weeks the students will continue to develop their under-standing of coastal environments, applying a lot of the concepts covered on the day to better understand the local environment.
