International guest conductor for Symphonic Wind Ensemble

It was a great honour for our Symphonic Wind Ensemble to have Dr Mike Fansler, Director of Bands at Western Illinois University, as guest conductor recently.

Dr Fansler teaches graduate wind conducting and literature as well as various undergraduate music education course.

He was very impressed by the standard of musicianship of our ensemble and was highly complimentary of their dedication and enthusiasm.
